We know that for some it’s been a struggle working from home through lockdown, and it’s impacted on our mental health.

It looks like working from home will be here to stay for a while, so as we approach the winter months it’s really important to make the most of the daylight hours whilst in work by venturing out on our break, and making sure that we take regular breaks away from our work area.
