We are looking for two dedicated professionals to join Merseyside Sports Partnership in roles that will directly impact the health and wellbeing of our local communities: a Women & Girls System Change Lead and a National Governing Body & Multi-Sport Place Lead.

Women & Girls System Change Lead

  • The Role: To lead system change across the Liverpool City Region so that women and girls can move, play, and be active on their own terms. 
  • Salary: £35,412 to £39,862. 
  • Format: 35 hours per week, hybrid working. 

We’re looking for a strategic thinker to lead our efforts in tackling the gender activity gap.

In this role, you will work to dismantle the barriers that prevent women and girls from engaging in sport and physical activity. You’ll be at the forefront of driving systemic change, ensuring that every woman and girl in the Liverpool City Region has the opportunity to lead an active, fulfilling life.

National Governing Body & Multi-Sport Place Lead

  • The Role: To support the creation of a better life for the people of the Liverpool City region through movement, physical activity and sport.
  • Salary: £35,412 to £39,862. 
  • Format: 35 hours per week, hybrid working. 

If you excel at building partnerships and navigating complex landscapes, this role is for you.

You will act as the key link between MSP, National Governing Bodies (NGBs), and local place-based initiatives. Your work will focus on coordinating efforts to create high-quality sporting opportunities and ensuring that investment and support reach the areas where they are needed most.
