NHS Fitness Studio: This pilates-inspired workout is suitable for people who have difficulty getting down on the floor and prefer the support of a chair.

This Chair-Based Exercise Programme has been designed for everyone whose daily routine, health and wellbeing have been affected or disrupted by Coronavirus (COVID-19). Regular exercise will help you develop and maintain your fitness, strength, mobility and balance while living in isolation or lockdown. These exercises can be performed anywhere. All you need is a chair. The programme is safe, easy to follow and takes only 10 minutes to complete. You can do the exercises at any time, and repeat them during the day. Anytime, anywhere, anyone, join the movement to move because movement is medicine.

Couch to 5k is a running programme for absolute beginners, that has now helped more than 4 million people start running.  The Active 10 app records every minute of walking you do (anonymously). Just pop your phone in your pocket and away you go!
