This Chair-Based Exercise Programme has been designed for everyone whose daily routine, health and wellbeing have been affected or disrupted by Coronavirus (COVID-19). All you need is a chair. The programme is safe, easy to follow and takes only 10 minutes to complete. You can do the exercises at any time, and repeat them during the day.
