New-look, easier to use MSP website

Change definitely seems to be a theme of 2020, given the adaptions we’ve all seen to our lives as a result of COVID-19.

However, there was already an important and positive change already earmarked for completion at MSP this year, even before the word lockdown had entered our vocabulary: the evolution of our website.

Following feedback from around our network and in recognition of how we’ve grown as an organisation, we identified ways in which it could be redesigned to serve the Liverpool City Region, and in particular our partners and customers, better.

We’ve created a new, easier to navigate home page, where audiences can find the section designed for them more quickly, plus given the whole thing a fresh new more visual and movement-orientated feel. In addition, there are also several new pages designed to get you to what you’re looking for quicker.

We were also really keen to bring the impact of the work that we do in partnership with so many wonderful organisations in Merseyside to the fore and so our new ‘MSP Impact 365’ area has been born. It’s designed to replace annual reports of old and be a more dynamic, rolling look at the positive outcomes of physical activity and sport-focussed work here on Merseyside, so you won’t have to wait 12 months to see what’s been happening. We’re looking forward to featuring even more of the work we do with our partners in this section as it evolves.

One thing that hasn’t changed is the web address for our home page!  It’s still

www.merseysidesport.com

Grab a brew and take a look today. You can also see new ‘MSP Impact 365’ section by following the link on the home page, or go straight there by going to:

We hope you like the changes!
