Are you passionate about convening partners, challenging systemic barriers, and creating the conditions for women and girls to move more on their own terms?
Merseyside Sports Partnership (MSP) is looking for a Women & Girls System Change Lead to play a pivotal role in shaping a sport and movement system that enables more women and girls across the Liverpool City Region to be active.
We are looking for a proactive individual with a “systems approach” mindset and a passion for tackling inequality. You should be a skilled communicator, confident in facilitating reflective learning spaces, and bold enough to challenge the status quo when necessary to drive more equitable outcomes.
In this role, you will act as a catalyst for change, bridging the gap between national strategies (such as the Brighton Plus Helsinki Declaration) and local delivery.
You will work as part of a dynamic team and with local Place Leads to ensure that opportunities for women and girls are integrated across local agendas, funding streams, and strategies.
Your work will involve collaborating with Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG) networks and Active Travel teams to improve access to safe, inclusive spaces for physical activity.
